  • 4 (6 oz) catfish fillets
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt, Morton's Season All
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 c. panko crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Place wire rack on baking sheet; spray with Pam.

Rinse fillets, and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt.

In shallow dish, lightly beat egg. In another shallow dish, place panko. Dip fillets in egg, and dredge in panko. Place fillets on prepared rack. Bake 12-15 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
