Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400.
Combine tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
Place 1 chicken breast on center of each of 6 large sheets of heavy duty foil sprayed with Pam; top with basil, stuffing mixture and cheese. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in 10x15 pan.
Bake 30-35 min or until chicken is done. Cool 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
