Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Raw honey
- 4 tablespoons Raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
- 4 tablespoons Water
- optional: Mullein (dosage is on the bottle)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake it well. Take 1-2 tablespoons at a time (1-2 teaspoons are fine for kids) and store in a dry, cool place for up to a week. Shake before each use. Move to the fridge for longer storage.
