  • 4 tablespoons Raw honey
  • 4 tablespoons Raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • optional: Mullein (dosage is on the bottle)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake it well. Take 1-2 tablespoons at a time (1-2 teaspoons are fine for kids) and store in a dry, cool place for up to a week. Shake before each use. Move to the fridge for longer storage.
