Ingredients
- 2 bunches watercress
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
- 6 Kirby cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 small red pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 small green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 T lemon
- 2 T parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chicken broth
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Sliced red radishes to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Process first eight ingredients.
Add chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate.
Serve chilled
