Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 9", baked pie shell
- 5 large tomatoes, peeled, cored & sliced thick
- Basil
- 3 Tablespoon chives
- S & P
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Bake the pie shell; set aside.
After peeling, coring and slicing the tomatoes, place on paper towels to drain thoroughly.
Place tomatoes in pie shell. Sprinkle with basil, 3 Tablespoons chives, and S & P.
Mix cheese and mayo for topping, and spread evenly on top of tomatoes.
Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
