  • Topping:
  • 1 9", baked pie shell
  • 5 large tomatoes, peeled, cored & sliced thick
  • Basil
  • 3 Tablespoon chives
  • S & P
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Step 1

Bake the pie shell; set aside.

After peeling, coring and slicing the tomatoes, place on paper towels to drain thoroughly.

Place tomatoes in pie shell. Sprinkle with basil, 3 Tablespoons chives, and S & P.

Mix cheese and mayo for topping, and spread evenly on top of tomatoes.

Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
