Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup butter- melted and divided
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups coarse cracker crumbs (Ritz Crackers)
  • 1 cup (or a little more) fine cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Corn mixture
combine corn, 1/2 cup butter and seasonings
Beat eggs slightly and combine with the coarse cracker crumbs, milk and the above corn mixture
mix well and add to a buttered baking dish

Topping
Combine fine cracker crumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle on top
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Uncover halfway through cooking.
Keep an eye on it to prevent burning
