Ingredients
- 8 oz spiral pasta (Rotini)
- 3/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 celery (diced)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast (diced)
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and return to pan. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute onion, celery, and garlic until soft. Stir in chicken soup and milk. Blend well. Stir in vegetables, chicken, cheese, and salt. Pour over noodles and stir to coat.
Spray a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Pour noodles mixture into dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
*Optional: Remove foil and sprinkle with more cheese and bake additional 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
