Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put the lettuce in a large bowl.
In a jar, combine mustard, garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Shake until combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve with salt and pepper.
Toss well to completely coat the lettuce. Serve immediately.
