Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 C. Butter, softened
- 2 C. Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 4 ripe Bananas
- 2 t. Lemon Juice
- 3 C. Flour
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 1/2 C. Butter milk (or 1/2 C. milk w/ 1/2 T. Lemon Juice)
- 1 C. Nuts, chopped (opt.)
- use buttercream or cream cheese frosting

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream sugar & butter until smooth. Add eggs & bananas and beat until smooth.
Add lemon juice & mix briefly. Mix flour, salt & soda together in a separate bow; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Fold in nuts with the last addition of buttermilk. Do not overmix!
Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and BAKE 350° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool then frost.
