Ingredients

1 lg. Sweet Potatoes
3/4 C. Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 C. Apple Juice
1 t. Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sweet potatoes in water until tender. Peel & cut into chunks. Put chunks into blender with applesauce & juice. Blend until pureed. Stir in spice and serve.
