  • Ingredients needed:
  • 6 slices bread~ Multigrain/seeded bread
  • 1 lb Bulk Hot Sausage 8 eggs* 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-Heat oven 350; Spray 8X8X2 baking dish with Cooking Spray

• Tear up slices of bread and place in prepared baking dish.

• Brown and drain Bulk Sausage; drain fat. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

• Beat together eggs and milk; a dash of Salt & Pepper.

• Pour over mixture in baking dish.

• Bake for 35-40 minutes; the cheese will rise to top during baking.

Variations:
use 2 sausages: 1 Hot, 1 Regular -mix while cooking; split in half and freeze the remaining half or use bacon or ham, chopped and browned
add spinach or broccoli with Bell Peppers
