Banks' Kielbasa Pizzas

Ingredients

• Pillsbury Pizza dough
• 1 large vidalia onion
• 1/4 cup spicy mustard
• 1 Tbs. white vinegar
• shredded cheese
• caraway seed
• 1 lb. kielbasa
• olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the vidalia onions (one large for 1 lb. kielbasa), saute them in olive oil. When almost done, add 1 Tbs. white vinegar and 1/4 cup spicy mustard. Meanwhile, cut the kielbasa in half and split them like a book. Brown them in fry pan with olive oil.

Spread pizza dough and cut into 4 squares. Place kielbasa on pizza dough on an angle, fill with onion mix and cheese. Fold pizza dough over center, sprinkle with olive oil and caraway seed. Cook in oven for amount of time on pizza package.

When you fold the pizza dough, do if off center so they don't quite overlap.
