- bunch any amount of collard greens
- 1/2 lb bacon or (salt pork) uncooked cut into 1" pieces
- bacon drippings added to taste - 1 tsp salt
- water to cover

Step 1
Directions
1. Wash, Rince, Cut out Tough stems. Can Chop smaller or Leave whole.
2. Place in Large Pot, add all the ingredients, Bring to Boil. . .Reduce heat, Cover
3. Steam about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite meal.
4. To Serve; We use wine vinegar over top of ours, (optional)
