Beef Stew

Ingredients

• Stew meat
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• medium onion
• Bell pepper
• Adolfs meat tenderizer
• Chili powder
• 1 can green beans
• 2 can of corn potatoes
• 1 can peas
• 2 cans carrots
• 2 cans chili
• dash of crushed red pepper
• 1 can Delmonte diced tomato with basil and onion

Preparation

Step 1

Cover stew meat up with water. Bring to a boil, cook meat for 20 – 3- minutes stir occasionally. Add tomatoes and vegetables. Simmer 10 – 15 minutes.
