Ingredients
- Stew meat
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- medium onion
- Bell pepper
- Adolfs meat tenderizer
- Chili powder
- 1 can green beans
- 2 can of corn potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 2 cans carrots
- 2 cans chili
- dash of crushed red pepper
- 1 can Delmonte diced tomato with basil and onion

Preparation
Step 1
Cover stew meat up with water. Bring to a boil, cook meat for 20 – 3- minutes stir occasionally. Add tomatoes and vegetables. Simmer 10 – 15 minutes.
