Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tea. baking soda
- 2 medium bananas (unpeeled), halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Rocky Road ice cream
- Hot fudge sauce

Generously butter an 8-9" cast-iron skillet or four individual 10-12 oz. cast-iron skillets with the 1 Tbsp. buttter, set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine the 1/2 cup butter and the unsweetened chocolate; cook and stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition just until combined. stir in vanilla. In a small bowl stir together flour and baking soda. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture; stir just until combined. Spread into the prepared skillets.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until set in center and edges are firm and pull away from sides. Allow 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel bananas; halve lengthwise. cut each half crosswise. In another skillet cook bananas in 1 Tbsp. hot butter over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve brownies warm topped with grilled banana pieces, scoops of ice cream, and hot fudge sauce.
