Ingredients

5 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 C. Onion, chopped
1 t. Salt
3/4 C. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Place frozen chicken breasts in a pam-sprayed 9x13 pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and BAKE 350° for 2 hours. Serve over rice.
