Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. butter melted
- 3 cream cheese softened
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 4 eggs

Step 1
In small bowl combine wafer crumbs, sugar and cocoa; stir in butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9" springform pan; set aside.
In bowl beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla until smooth. Add chocolate; mix until blended. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Pour over crust. Place pan on a baking sheet.
Bake at 325 for 40-45 min or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 10 min. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer.
Refrigerate overnight.
