Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 4 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
- Hot N' Spicy Dipping Sauce:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 6 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Drain and finely chop water chestnuts, finely chop green onion. Combine ground beef, water chestnuts, egg substitute or egg, sherry, green onion, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, and ginger in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 32 meatballs, about 1 inch (1.5cm) in diameter. Place meatballs on rack in broiler pan. Bake meatballs 15-20 minutes or until done.
Hot N' Spicy Dipping Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in 1 qt. saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
