Ingredients
- 1 container (16 oz.) Breakstone’s or Knudsen low fat cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 3 c. Kraft 2 percentage milk shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. Kraft 100 percentage grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cottage cheese, spinach, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and eggs. Layer 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce, 3 lasagna noodles and 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 noodles, sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and l/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
