Ingredients

  • Bottom layer:
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Caramel:
  • 1-14 ounce package caramels
  • 1/4 cup heavy creme
  • Filling:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • Top layer:
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Step 1

Grease 9x13 dish.Bottom layer: combine 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup butterscotch chips and 1/4 peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Spread in pan refrigerate until set.
Filling: melt butter, then add sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in nuts spread over bottom layer and refrigerate until set.
Caramel: Combine and cook until melted, spread.
Combine ingredients, cook over low heat until melted. Spread over caramel layer. Chill 1 hour before cutting.
