Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup margarine
- Filling:
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cups lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups [ 14 ounce can] carnation sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 tbs grated lemon zest
- Powdered sugar optional fresh berries or lemon twist for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Using pastry cutter, combine powdered sugar, flour and margarine until crumbly. Press lightly into bottom and up sides of ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
Filling:
Beat eggs, condensed milk until fluffy. Add lemon juice, flour, baking powder, salt and yellow food color. Mix until blended. Stir in lemon zest. Pour over crust. Bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes until set and crust browned. Cool in pan, refrigerate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and add garnish.
