Ingredients
- 8 tbs [I stick] butter room temperature, real butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar sifted
- 1/3 cup whole milk room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Place butter and cocoa powder in large mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixture until soft and well combined. Place sugar, milk, vanilla and salt in bowl and beat until frosting lightens and fluffy. Add more milk if frosting to thick or 1 tbs sugar at a time if it is to thin.
