Ingredients
- 4 large onions, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- Chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- S & P to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions until almost tender, then cut out the centers and chop; reserve shells. Saute the centers in the butter until golden. Add remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Fill onions with the mixture, then top with cheese. Put in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 30 minutes.
