Ingredients
- Grated onions
- Splash of olive oil
- 1 can pumpkin puree (not pie mix)
- 1 can chicken broth
- spices
- 1/4 c. or so of cream or half & half to taste.

Step 1
Warm grated onions in olive oil; Mix in pumpkin puree (not pie mixture), chicken broth, spices and a little cream until it simmers.
If you don't want to use cream, feel free to swap half & half or a little Greek yogurt at the very end and off of the heat so it doesn't curdle.
