- 1/2 C FROZEN LIMEADE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
- 1/4 C SNIPPED FRESH CILANTRO
- 1 JALAPENO PEPPER, SEEDED AND FINELY CHOPPED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
- 1/2 t SALT
- 1 WHOLE FRESH PINEAPPLE, CUT INTO /34" SLICES
- 24 LARGE UNCOOKED SHRIMP, PEELED AND DEVEINED

Step 1
PREPARE GRILL. COMBINE ALL EXCEPT PINEAPPLE AND SHRIMP. THREAD SHRIMP ONTO 4 SKEWERS. PLACE PINEAPPLE ON LIGHTLY GREASED GRILL. BRUSH WITH LIMEADE MIXTURE. GRILL COVERED 10-12 MINUTES, TURNING AND BASTING. REMOVE PINEAPPLE. PLACE SKEWERS ON GRILL. GRILL 3-4 MINUTES, TURNING AND BASTING UNTIL SHRIMP TURNS OPAQUE.
