Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 c. pecans
- 3 tsp. whiskey

Step 1
Put sugar, corn syrup, cream and nuts into a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook into the soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add whiskey.
