Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) lb. cake
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies, like Oreo, crushed
  • 1 qt. strawberry ice cream
  • 1 container (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. each blueberries, sliced star fruit and sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Horizontally slice cake into 4 layers. Place 2 layers in bottom of 9 inch springform pan, trimming edges to fit; fill gaps with trimmings. Spoon 1/2 vanilla ice cream into cake-lined pan. Add 1/2 cookie crumbs, strawberry ice cream, remaining cookie crumbs and remaining vanilla ice cream. Top with remaining cake layers. Freeze 8 hours. Coat cake with whipped topping. Top with fruit.
