Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz Pk cooked sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 12 oz cans evap. milk
  • 10 large eggs (lightly beat)
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grease 9X13 pan
2. Put bread in pan
3. Sprinkle with cheese
4. Mix eggs, milk, powders
5. Pour over bread and cheese
6. Put sausage on top
7. Cover and refrig. overnight
8. Bake 1 hour at 325 uncovered
