Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/4) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (4-oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 14 round buttery crackers,finely rolled(1/2 cup
- crumbs)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 cup College Inn Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup green chilies.Mix beef remaing chillies and seasoning mix,cracker crumbs and egg.Shape into 32 (1 1/4-inch) meatballs.In large skillet,over medium high heat,brown meatballs in margarine;remove meatballs.Pour off excess fat.In skillet,blend beef broth,tomato paste,reserve chilies and seasoning mix.
Heat to a boil,stirring constantly;reduce heat.Return meatballs to skillet.Cover and simmer 15 minutes.Serve with toothpicks.
