  • 4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 c. fresh rhubarb, coarsely chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 6-oz package strawberry-flavored Jello
  • 1 pkg. (18.25-oz) white cake mix
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. water mixed with 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Mix strawberries and rhubarb in a large bowl; pour evenly into a greased 13/9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then with dry gelatin. Sprinkle evenly with dry cake mix. Drizzle with melted butter and then with water mixture. Bake 40-50 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
