Wedding Cookies / Pecan Balls

Ingredients

• 2 sticks margarine
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 2 cups cake flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together with hands and roll into balls. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Roll in powered sugar while warm then again when cooled.
