Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/2 pkg oreos, crushed
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 3 pkgs cream cheese (8oz) softened
- 1 C sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (12oz) pkg semi sweet choc chips, melted
- 1 C heavy cream, sweetened to taste.

Preparation
Step 1
350 degrees, Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in ½ C sugar. Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time. Add vanilla. Beat in melted chocolate. (can be done in a food processer) Beat egg whites with mixer until soft peaks are formed. Beat in ½ C sugar, 1 TB at a time, continue beating til stiff peaks form, but not dry. Fold in chocolate mixture at low speed. Pour into pan. Bake 50=60 minutes until set. Cake will puff up and then sink and crack. Cool on wire rack, preferably overnight. Serve with whipped cream
