All American Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) pack cream cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 TBS butter
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup chopped ham
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Heat cream cheese and milk on low heat, stirring til smooth.
Saute onion in butter.
Gradually add slightly cooled cream cheese sauce to the eggs; then add onion, ham and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or til set.
