Ingredients

  • 6 TB olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 TB lemon zest
  • 6 TB lemon juice
  • 6 TB onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp italian parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 5 TB Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over low heat. When it's hot, add garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rest (except cheese) and cook for about a minute. Toss over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
