Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Garnishes: cilantro and crumbled tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Add beans to blender. Then add salsa and blend until its at desired consistency. Too thick? Add some water or chicken broth.
Transfer soup to saucepan and heat. Add taco seasoning or season to taste. Add cilantro and tortilla chips.
