Chicken Saute with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 tbl. all purpose flour
- 10 oz. chicken tenders
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- 1 lb. thin asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 tls. lemon juice
- 1 tbs. fresh thyme

Step 1
Spread flour on plate.
Cut chicken tenders in half, crosswise. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, then coat in flour.
Heat 1 tbl. oil over medium heat.
Add chicken and saute until cooked, about 5 minutes.
transfer to plate.
Add remaining oil and heat.
Add asparagus and saute for two minutes.
Add broth, bring to boil, scraping bottom. Cover until asparagus is tender crip, about 3 mins.
Return chicken to the pan. Add lemon juice and 1 tbs. thyme and chives.
Simmer uncovered until sauce thickens and coats chicken, 2-6 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
