Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. dried parsley flakes
- 2 T. dried minced onion
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 1” balls. Place in a 15x10x1” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven; drain on paper towels.
In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through.
