Ingredients

  • 1 can spicy organic re fried beans
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp chana masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 large red onion {chopped finely}

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Patties: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil.

Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mash together.

Make 5 large patties out of mixture and place on the frying pan.

Cook for 5 -7 minutes each side.

Serve on a bun, with a salad or tasty roasted veggies!
