Ingredients
- 8 med. Baked Potatoes
- 6 slices Bacon
- 4 stalks Celery
- 3 1/2 C. Chicken Broth
- 3 C. Milk
- 1 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Black Pepper
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 12 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Remove skins from baked potatoes. In a bowl, coarsely mash them. Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain; crumble & set aside. Discard all but 1/2 t. of drippings in pan. Add chicken broth, milk, mashed potatoes, celery, salt & pepper to drippings in pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, bacon & cheeses.
