Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. Beef Cubes
- 8 med. Potatoes, quartered
- 8 lg. Carrots
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 C. Water

Preparation
Step 1
Layer beef & veggies in a large crock pot. Sprinkle dried soup over all. Add bay leaves. Mix soup & water and pour over all. Lightly toss to coat all ingredients. Cover tightly. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
