Roasted Garlic
By littlefish
By roasting garlic, it becomes much more mild and therefore can be used straight from the clove. Spread on bread, use as a pizza topping, or toss with olive oil and pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Peel the outer layers of the bulb, leaving the skins on the individual cloves of garlic and the bulb itself intact. Slice off about 1/4 inch of the top of the bulb to expose the actual garlic.
Place the garlic bulb(s) in a baking pan. Brush on a couple of teaspoons of Olive Oil onto the tops of the garlic. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the garlic starts to feel mushy.
Scoop or squeeze garlic from skins and enjoy!
