Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. pumpkin (I use almost a large can)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. flour
- Frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 stick butter
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Step 1
Cake:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan (16x11). Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (Test for doneness after 30 min. with a toothpick inserted in center; comes out clean. Then add 5 min. until done).
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth (adding a few drops of milk if needed). Frost cake.
