Christmas Egg Casserole

We like to do this with turkey italian sausage too. It has Red & Green, which of course makes it Christmas.

Ingredients

• 3 Egg Whites
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 c Milk
• 1 tb Garlic minced
• 1/3 c Onion chopped
• 1/2 c Roasted Red Bell Peppers
• from jar chopped
• Green onion chopped or Spinach
• Breakfast Sausage (spicy)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Sausage -set aside
Saute onion & garlic 3 min.
Mix egg whites thru milk
Add sausage, onion, garlic, pepper & green onion
Pour in sprayed baking dish
Cook 30 min. or until done
