- Ten derloins
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Rub tenderloins with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, turn down to 350 degrees for additional 10 minutes
Serve over beans mixed with sautéed onions and pancetta or bacon bits
Serve with sautéed spinach, salted
Heat bowls in microwave
Layer spinach, beans, tenderloin
Top with chutney
