Fresh Cranberry Relish
By BClover
used raspberry liquor too instead of grand marnier
make it 2 days before, and it is perfect! (cut the recipe in half, because we have just a few people to serve and it is still the same great flavor!) pulse it in the food processor for a bit longer, so it's more like a chutney.
also add chopped, toasted walnuts.

Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, pulse several times to breakdown the cranberries and incorporate the ingredients; it should still be a bit chunky. Allow the cranberry relish to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, so the flavors can marry.
