Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 3/4 c. chocolate cookie wafer crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter melted
- Filling:
- 3 cream cheese
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup (Hershey's)
- 2 Tbsp. caramel syrup or ice cream topping
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 300. Grease 9" springform pan.
Crust: Combine crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and 1" up side of prepared pan.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large bowl until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, lime juice and vanilla; beat until combined. Microwave morsels 1 min. and stir. If necessary micro more at 10 second intervals. Stir just until melted. Stir 2 c. cheesecake batter into melted morsels; mix well. Alternately spoon batters into crust, beginning and ending with yellow batter.
Bake for 1 hour 10-15 minutes or until edge is set and center moves slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min.; run knife around edge of cheesecake. Cool completely. Drizzle both syrups over cheesecake. Sprinkle with pecans and mini morsels.
Refrigerate overnight. Remove side of pan.
