Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. broccoli spears
- 2 cups sliced chicken (4 breasts)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo

Preparation
Step 1
Steam and debone chicken. Cook broccoli 4-5 minutes and drain. Cut chicken and broccoli in small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, soup, and curry powder. Layer chicken and broccoli in 9x13 dish. Pour sauce over these. Sprinkle with cheese and buttered breadcrumbs. Bake.
NOTE: can be made ahead and frozen.
