Ingredients

2 2 2 egg whites
1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. sugar
1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 1/3 1/3 c. water
1 1 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a double boiler pan. Beat on high for 1 minute. Place over boiling water 9water should not touch bottom of pan); beat on high for 7 minutes. remove pan from boiling water and add vanilla. Beat for 2 more minutes.
